Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on Idaho orders only. However, it is your responsibility to pay sales tax on any item you purchase on the Internet according to the laws of your state.
Payment
At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal, all via an SSL secured shopping cart. You have the option to checkout via PayPal (Button shown during checkout) or to fill out your credit card information and pay directly on our secure site, powered by our e-commerce host, Shopify.
Gift Orders Being Shipped to Others
If you are ordering gifts that you want to have shipped to an address other than your own, you will still need to supply your credit card billing address for security, but will have the option to ship to a different “gift” location.
Gift Messages
We would be happy to include a “Gift Message” with your order. Just let us know what to say in the text box provided at time of checkout.

Shipping Policy
All orders are currently shipped United States Postal Service.
Retail orders over $25 are sent Priority Mail (2-3 days).

Refund and Return Policy
Present by Design makes every effort to ensure the high quality of our hand-selected products. Your satisfaction is our main concern.
At Present by Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We believe in high quality products and extraordinary customer service.
Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day your order is placed. If your return is in any way a result of an error by Present by Design, we will happily refund all applicable return shipping costs paid on the product you are returning and send you the correct item.
If the return is not a result of an error by Present by Design, you will be responsible for all shipping and gift wrap costs incurred and any costs associated with returning the item(s). You must send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Registered Mail). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive in their original condition. No refunds will be available after the 30-day period has expired.
We will make every effort to issue a refund within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Present by Design reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
Gift wrap charges are not refundable. Used items such as breast pads or burp cloths cannot be returned.
You must Email Present by Design for a return authorization number before making any returns.
